All wedding releases require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The
balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. No payments will be refunded except in the
event we are unable to complete the release for reasons beyond our control.
Because of the hurried nature of funeral plans, no deposit is required. Payment can be
made to the coordinator at the time of the release. You may also ask your funeral
director to include the dove release with the other funeral expenses.
Every release will be attended by a knowledgeable coordinator who is dressed
appropriately for the occasion. The birds must be released in the presence of the
coordinator.
Because we care dearly for our birds, we must take every precaution to ensure their

- Birds are released outdoors only.
- Birds may be released from sun-up to one hour prior to dark.
- We will not ship birds for self-release.
- We do not release birds in inclement weather, including dense fog, torrential rain,
snow, ice, or any other severe conditions.
- We do not release birds beneath power lines or dense tree cover.
- We do not release birds when birds of prey are visible.
